1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aroleap X, including the device, mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Product Use

Aroleap X is a wall-mounted smart home gym designed for personal, non-commercial use. The device must be installed according to the provided instructions on a suitable wall surface (brick or concrete only). Improper installation may result in damage to the device or property, or personal injury, for which Aroleap is not liable.

3. Safety Precautions

Users must follow all safety guidelines provided in the user manual and in-app instructions. Aroleap X should only be used by individuals who are physically capable of performing strength training exercises. Users with health conditions should consult a healthcare professional before using the device.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.

5. Subscription Services

Some features of Aroleap X may require a subscription. Subscription terms, including pricing and billing cycles, will be disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology related to Aroleap X, including but not limited to the device design, mobile application, and website, are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Aroleap. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our explicit permission.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Warranty

Aroleap X comes with a limited warranty as described in our Warranty Policy. This warranty is the exclusive warranty for Aroleap X and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aroleap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services, even if Aroleap has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
