Your product will dispatch within 7 working days from the booking date.

Are there any additional delivery/installation fees?

No, the listed price is all inclusive of taxes, shipping and installation.

I have changed my mind and I want to cancel my order

What should I do if I am shifting houses?

Is there a return window?

Yes, if you’re not happy with the device, you can return it within 30 days of installation - no questions asked. We will refund you 100% of the payment amount (wall hole repair not included).

How much wall space do I need for installation?

You need a 5ft x 2ft wall space to install the machine.
