All-in-One Home Gym Machine with Electric Digital Resistance

Aroleap X is an electric, wall-mounted cable machine that replaces plates, dumbbells and most of the stations in a commercial gym. A motor generates 2–75 kg of digital resistance, so one machine covers 150+ exercises and the weight changes with a tap.

What is an electric all-in-one home gym machine?

A traditional all-in-one gym is a steel frame with a weight stack and a tangle of pulleys. An electric all-in-one gym machine for home does the same job with a motor. There is no stack to pin and no plates to load: the motor pulls on the cables with exactly the resistance you ask for.

That changes three things. The machine is far smaller, because there is no iron to house. The weight changes in an instant, so supersets and drop sets are effortless. And the machine knows what is happening on every rep, so it can coach, spot and track you. Aroleap X combines all three in a unit that is 5 ft tall, 2 ft wide and 6 inches deep when folded.

How digital weights and digital resistance work

Inside Aroleap X is a high-precision BLDC motor. Using it takes two steps: set your resistance in the app, then press the foot pedal to activate the digital weights. From there:

  • Resistance runs from 2 kg to 75 kg (4.4–165 lbs).
  • Load changes in increments as small as 0.5 kg, for precise progressive overload.
  • The motor responds in under 10 milliseconds, so load changes feel instant.
  • Smart resistance modes (Standard, Eccentric, Spotter, Burnout and Calibrate) shape the load through each rep.

Why a wall-mounted home gym

Mounting the machine on the wall is what lets an all-in-one home gym be both small and solid. Fixed to a brick or concrete wall, Aroleap X stays rigid under heavy load, and when you are done the arms fold away to a depth of 6 inches, so it takes up no floor space at all.

Before you choose a wall-mounted home gym, check that you have:

  • A brick or concrete wall at least 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) thick; drywall and false walls are not compatible
  • Clear wall space of at least 5 ft × 2 ft
  • A ceiling at least 7 ft high and about 24 sq ft of open floor while training
  • A standard 220–240V power outlet within 2 metres

A cable machine for home that does more

At its core, Aroleap X is a cable machine for home: a full cable crossover that fits on 2 feet of wall. The adjustable arms lock at four angles (0°, 30°, 90° and 120°), and each cable extends to 1.5 metres, so you can pull from low, mid and high positions.

Here is what that covers, muscle group by muscle group:

  • Chest: barbell chest press, incline chest press, flat and seated cable flies
  • Back: lat pulldown, seated rows, bent-over rows, straight-arm pulldowns, face pulls
  • Legs and glutes: back squats, front squats, Romanian deadlifts, lunges, hip thrusts, glute kickbacks
  • Shoulders: overhead press, lateral raises, front raises, Arnold press
  • Arms: barbell and rope curls, tricep push-downs, overhead extensions, skull crushers
  • Core: Pallof press, wood chops, cable crunches, rotations

That is 150+ exercises in all, covering about 99% of what you would do in a gym. Browse them in the exercise library.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an electric all-in-one gym machine for home?

It is a single machine that replaces a rack of weights and several gym stations by generating resistance with an electric motor. Aroleap X is a wall-mounted cable machine whose motor produces 2–75 kg of resistance, adjustable in 0.5 kg steps, for 150+ exercises.

How do digital weights work?

A high-precision BLDC motor pulls on the cables to create resistance that feels like lifting a weight. You set the resistance in the app and press the foot pedal to activate it. The motor responds in under 10 milliseconds, so the load can change instantly and smart modes can adapt it rep by rep.

Do digital resistance home gyms feel like real weights?

Digital resistance loads your muscles through the full range of motion like a cable stack does, without plates to load or unload. Smart modes can also do things iron cannot, such as adding load only on the lowering phase in Eccentric Mode or easing the load when you struggle in Spotter Mode.

Is a wall-mounted home gym safe for my wall?

Aroleap X is installed only on brick or concrete walls at least 4.5 inches thick, never on drywall or false walls. Our professional installation team assesses the wall and mounts the unit securely; installation is included.

Which cable attachments are included?

A barbell, D-handles, a tricep rope, ankle straps and an accessory hanger are included in the Aroleap X box. Aroleap X is also compatible with most other standard gym cable attachments, so you can add your own.

Does an electric home gym use a lot of power?

Aroleap X runs on a standard 220–240V AC household outlet, which should be within 2 metres of the unit, and draws a maximum of 600 W. Our installation team makes sure the power connection is set up correctly.
