For physiotherapy & sports rehab clinics
Digital resistance for progressive rehabilitation.
Prescribe resistance, guide functional strengthening and review progress across sessions. Aroleap combines adjustable digital weights, adaptive training modes and individual exercise records in a compact system for your rehabilitation space. Aroleap Pro adds finer load control and tools for managing your clinical caseload.
Explore exercise setup, resistance control and patient tracking in a 30-minute demonstration tailored to your practice.
Resistance per side
increments
Aroleap X: 2 kg minimum per side, with 0.5 kg increments for progressive resistance exercise.

Designed for rehabilitation
Progressive loading. Measurable progress.
Build individualised exercise programmes around each patient’s capacity and rehabilitation goals. Adjust resistance in small increments, practise functional movement patterns and review recorded training data to inform progression.

Controlled loading for individual needs
Select resistance to match the exercise and the patient’s current capacity. Use small load increments for progression and dedicated resistance modes to vary the concentric and eccentric demands of a clinician-led programme.
Track exercise performance over time
Review sets, repetitions, resistance and session history for each patient. Use these records alongside your clinical assessment to discuss progress, review participation and plan the next stage of exercise.
From targeted strengthening to functional training
Adapt seated, standing and multi-joint exercises to the goals of the session. The exercise library supports targeted muscle strengthening, functional movement practice and sport-specific conditioning, as appropriate to the patient’s stage of rehabilitation.
Individual programmes on a shared system
Maintain separate exercise plans and training histories for each patient. A shared system supports individualised sessions while keeping patient records organised for follow-up reviews.
Dynamic resistance modes
Adapt resistance to the exercise goal
Four resistance modes help vary loading within an exercise session. Spotter, Eccentric, Calibrate and Burnout are available on both models; Aroleap Pro adds programmable settings and further loading options.

See each resistance mode in action.
Automatic resistance assistance
Reduces resistance when movement comes to a dead stop during a repetition. Slow movement alone does not activate Spotter.
An assistance feature for supervised strengthening; the clinician determines the appropriate load and movement quality.
Emphasise eccentric loading
Apply more resistance during the eccentric phase than during the concentric phase of an exercise.
Use when an eccentric loading emphasis is part of the prescribed programme.
Inform working-load selection
Uses the initial repetitions to select a working resistance for the set.
Review the selected resistance against the patient’s tolerance, technique and exercise goals.
Vary resistance across the set
Adjusts resistance as performance changes through the set.
An option for clinician-selected strength endurance and later-stage conditioning sessions.

Clinician perspectives
Aroleap in rehabilitation practice
“Particularly useful for golf-specific strength training and swing adjustment.”
We have been using Aroleap strengthening equipment for over a year across all our centres, and it has become a valuable part of our sports performance and rehabilitation programmes — strength development, movement control and sports-specific conditioning, with progressive resistance built into our sessions.
For our golfers we have found it especially useful for movement patterns, stability and control in a more targeted manner. A practical and versatile addition to our clinical setup.
Dr. Sitaraman33Intact Clinic — sports performance & rehabilitation“When a patient begins struggling, Aroleap identifies it and automatically reduces the resistance.”
Aroleap has been a game changer in my physiotherapy practice. Impressed by its clinical value, I have installed it across all three of my clinics — two in Gandhinagar and one in Vadodara.
Patients show excellent improvements in strength while genuinely enjoying their sessions, particularly because of the real-time feedback. The automatic resistance adjustment lets the exercise continue at an appropriate intensity while helping minimise unnecessary overload and the risk of overuse injuries. A truly valuable addition to modern physiotherapy practice.
Dr. Sunil3 clinics — Gandhinagar & Vadodara, Gujarat“Space is always valuable in a physiotherapy setup — this gives a lot of functionality without taking up floor space.”
What I like most is how versatile it is: strength training, functional movements, rehabilitation and conditioning, for patients at different stages of recovery and fitness.
The adjustable resistance and range of exercises let me progressively challenge patients without needing multiple pieces of equipment — particularly useful when transitioning patients from basic exercises to more demanding strength and functional work.
Dr. Parth ChowatiaApex Physio — MSc Sport & Exercise Medicine (UK)“Aroleap bridges the gap between physiotherapy and strength conditioning.”
At PHYSIO FITMAX, we leverage its versatility for post-operative, neurological and elderly rehabilitation, with controlled eccentric training adding a unique dimension to progressive, functional and accessible rehabilitation for our patients.
