Delete your Aroleap account

You can delete your Aroleap account, including Coach Aro data, from the app or request deletion by email.

From the app

1. Open Profile in the Aroleap app.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation, type “delete” and confirm. If asked, sign out and sign in again to verify ownership, then repeat these steps.

Without the app

Email contact@aroleap.com with the subject “Aroleap account deletion”. Include the phone number or email address registered to your account so support can verify ownership. Do not send your password or one-time sign-in code.

What happens next

Your sign-in is removed and cleanup of your profile, workout history, screening answers, coach conversations, meals, imported health data and uploaded media starts. Active app data is normally removed within 30 days of account deletion or verification of your request.

Restricted database backups expire within 42 days; point-in-time recovery and Storage recovery copies expire within 7 days. A minimal deletion record is normally retained for up to 90 days to ensure cleanup and prevent restoration, or until an unfinished cleanup request is resolved. Purchase, payment, tax, warranty and other legally necessary records may be retained for the applicable obligation. Deleting the account does not cancel subscriptions or financing agreements.
